You have 30 days from delivery to email us if you're not happy.

For Hygiene Reasons: Beauty products that are opened cannot be returned – this is US law for personal care goods.

BUT: You don't need to send it back!

Just email us at support@glowessence-beauty.com with:
• Your order number
• Photo of the product

We will give you store credit or a replacement. No need to return opened items.

Unopened items: Can be returned within 30 days. Email us first and we send you a free return label (USA only).

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we ship a new one for free – we cover shipping.
